Postage to W.A W2 postcodes $8.30 + 60cents per Kilo W2 = 6215-6699
Postage to all other Australian postcodes as per Australia Post Parcel Rate. Postage will appear on checkout or ring for a quote.
All orders are despatched ASAP. We use Australia Post andvarious couriers for over sized items . As a general guide deliveries to major cities and towns can arrive 1 or 3 business day (if ordered before 3pm WST) whilst it could take up to 5 days for areas.

Call us on 08 9525 2478 between 8am and 4.30 pm Mon-Fri if you need urgent service. Addational cost may occur.

Delivery times are indicative only and We do not accept any liability for failure to meet the scheduled delivery times or any inconvenience caused as a consequence.

Usually if delivery cannot be made, Australia Post will leave a note to make another appointment or for you to pick up that item but this cannot be taken for granted. If delivery cannot be made you will be responsible for any delivery fees incurred even though you may not receive the item.

If any item on your order is out of stock, we will contact you (by e-mail or phone) in 24 hours and give you an estimated delivery date as well as the option of waiting for your items or receiving a full refund. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.


RETURNS
Please read the following conditions on returning goods to Combined Supplies.

If you order incorrect goods we are happy to take them back with just a few conditions:

Incorrectly ordered goods must be returned in original packaging which is still intact.

We cannot accept any incorrectly ordered goods which have been opened or if the packaging is damaged or defaced in any way.

Before opening the package please check that goods are suitable for the purpose they were purchased for.

When returning incorrectly ordered goods please pack them in another box so that the original packaging will not be damaged by stickers, courier handling etc.

It is your responsibility to pay the freight charges.

It is the customers responsibility to ensure they have a proof of delivery for goods returned to us.

Goods that are shipped freight on or receiver to pay will be rejected at goods inwards in our warehouse, leaving the courier responsible.

Return Authorisations are only valid for 14 days.

All incorrectly ordered goods returned to Combined Supplies may incur a 15% restocking fee.

Returned unopened goods can only be returned within 30 days from date of purchase.
If they have not been purchased within this period, then we cannot accept them back.

Faulty goods can be reurned with these conditions:

Please contact us first to ensure and confirm that the product is faulty, as we may need information from the manufacturer confirming the fault.
